Sexuality! Its not all the same

To some people these three types of sexual experiences are all the same. Those people are idiots! These are completely different in many aspects…lets take a look starting with some definitions
booty call: A person who is called to relive sexual desires. (may be an ex)
one night stand: A person who you may or may not have known that you slept with for one reason or another.
fuck buddy: A FRIEND that you can have sex with and have no adverse effects on your friendship.
See told you they were different!, but that’s not the most important part of these relationship, its how we handle everyday things with these people. Most people don’t know how to differentiate these relationships the next morning. Here are a few rules to follow…
Booty Calls: Booty calls can be difficult, you want the sex but not the friendship or relationship and if you want that sex to continue you have to walk a tight rope. You cant be rude and throw the person out but they should not spend the night. This relationship if done correctly should consist of two people who only really like each other for sex. This means that you may have dated this person in the past and just didn’t click on a real basis…have no fear because if you enjoyed the sex while dating it doesn’t have to stop just because the relationship ended. You do however need to play your cards right and keep emotions at bay. At no point in this booty call should words like love be uttered from anyone’s mouth. There is no need to call and check on the person the next day or if you see each other in public there is no need to greet each other in anyway other then you would to a random person you know from that bar.
One Nighters: One nighters can be a bit complicated. They usually involve people who don’t know each other very well and a lot of alcohol. We have all woken up after a long night of partying and found someone in bed with us. Despite what you may remember…yes you most likely had sex. This is where it gets awkward…you have a few choices, is this a person you wanted to get into bed? Why? Did u want a chance at a relationship? Do they know that? The best way to handle this situation is the same as you would if you didn’t sleep together. Just exchange numbers and be on your way. If you want a shot at that relationship or have an STD that your doctor told you that you should disclose to any sexual partners then you can call, but be warned…the outcome may not be what you want!
Fuck Buddies: (FB) There is a fine line between a fuck buddy and a booty call. The biggest difference is that you actually talk to and/or hang out with your fuck buddy. A FB is usually a person you have been friends with for some time. This is the person you bring to your cousins wedding because you aren’t dating anyone at the time, but don’t want to go alone. This is also the person that you can call up to go to the bar or watch a movie with because you both like it, not because you want a date. After any of these situations you and your FB may then have sex. The next day you can call, but not to see if they are OK with what happened, but to see if they are hitting the bar after work, or if they heard so and so did who or whatever. There doesn’t need to be a discussion about what happened the night before because it wasn’t the first time and probably wont be the last. All this being said you do have a few responsibilities.
1) Playing the wingman/wingwomen: If your at the bar with your friends and your FB wants to get with some guy or girl you need to help!
2) Playing the boy/girlfriend: If your FB is being haunted by some creepy drunk guy or some annoying drunken girl you need to step in and “pretend to be your FB’s boy or girl friend” only to get them away from that situation!
3) The “love” word: This should only be used is a friendship context. If you have been friends for years and you sign your Christmas card “love …” fine but only if you sign all your friends cards that way. Also there is no need to worry about relationship holidays like Valentines Day.
4)You also have to be the revenge tool: This means if your FB just broke off a relationship and is angry or upset you need to be there for the angry, drunken, sloppy sex that may end up with the person crying in the middle and you not…finishing! You don’t need there to be an emotional voice but as a tool to relieve aggression.
5) Spending the night: Unlike booty calls a FB is allowed to spend the night, but it is not nessesary. Usually they will wake up on a Saturday morning in your house grab some Motrin and a beer and be on there way or hang out and hit the diner with you to get a greasy egg sandwich.
6) Relationships: If your FB enters a real relationship, you are required to be a regular friend. If you get jealous or spiteful you are not a real FB but someone hoping for more. That being said watch out the shit will eventually hit the fan.
All in all you need to be aware of what type of relationship you are in and also consider what the other person may think. The worst way to find out what relationship you are in is when it’s too late to fix it.

The Bi-way (Men’s version)
OK folks, sorry it took so long but here we go again!
This is a bit more of a touchy subject for a lot of people. most people in society follow a double standard when it comes to talking about the bisexuality of men. Like I said in the women’s version its every mans and some women’s fantasy to see two women…not the same when your talking about men. Why is this??? lets see a few thoughts shall we..
1) Women in society are “normally” (term used loosely) can be viewed like math
nurturing + loving + romantic= sexy if you multiply by 2 and let the fun begin
2) Men are viewed as the strong rugged provider also seen as utilitarian! (Hey guys ever wonder why your girl calls you a tool?)
That being said…who needs two hammers in their toolbox?
What most people don’t know is that bi sexuality among men is just as prevalent if not more. If you don’t believe me go to any chat room on the web that that has a name like youngW4olderM and you will see 40 men talking to someone that may or may not be a women. Granted this does not by any means make you bi but it does lead to my next point. Raise your hand if you have ever been to a sex shop! That’s what i thought. You know the booths in the back, there not there JUST to watch porn by the minute. Men, the crafty little devils they are, devised a system called a glory hole. For those of you that don’t know what that is, it is a hole in the wall large enough for a penis, on the other side stands a mystery person who can do what they please with that penis. (Also found at truck stops along major highways and airport bathrooms) “well it could be a women!!!” Yes it could…but its not. Women don’t need to hide behind a wall to give sex away! So who are all these gay men you ask? Well again, what openly gay man needs to hide behind a wall. So who does that leave? Thanks for asking…it leave all the “straight men” that frequent sex shops. This situation lead society and the media (just ask ex gov Jim McGreevey) to view these actions as dirty and disgusting. Another social strike against bi men is the “gay for the stay” prison mentality. It amazes me how many “straight men” have sex in a prison with no women! Again these actions are done by criminals so it has to be wrong. What society doesn’t realize or want to accept is that these “dirty” and “disgusting” actions are being done by curious fathers, people that may be insecure or unsure about their sexuality, or openly bisexual men. At this part of the article i should point out that “metro-sexual” is not bi sexual its just caring about your appearance. OK back to the matter at hand, bi sexuality should not be viewed as a bad thing. It may not be my cup of tea or yours but someone you know may like that flavor. People need to look beyond the norms of society and accept that not everyone is the same, but they are not freaks or degenerates. They are….your neighbor, your mailman, or the nice guy that down the block that lends you his hammer.
Some men are in the closet some are just in a booth at the porn shop!

The bi side of things (woman’s version)
We have all heard that when you ask a man what his wildest fantasy is, the answer you always get…two (at least) women at the same time. It seems that more and more women are willing to experiment this way, not to just please and fulfill their mans fantasy but because they themselves find it “interesting”. Alot of women are curious about it, they don’t want to be gay because they like men but seriously women are hotter. Years ago if you suggested such a thing to a friend you may have gotten a not so nice answer. It seems that modern films and shows depicting women who are bi or gay and have a “normal” life besides what they may or may not be doing in the privacy of there bedroom. Gay or bi women are usually depicted two ways:
1) The infamous “bull dike”. You will know when you see one by the flannel shirt, ripped jeans and a job in a predominantly male career
or
2) The “lipstick lesbian” you will recognize her by her full lips covered in red lipstick and breasts that overflowith with a tanned goodness that lasts the rest of the way to her sweet round ass.
So now that we have the media induced falsities out of the way…I hate to break it to you guys…women bi-sexual or gay look just like everyone else. obviously there are exceptions to every rule but lets try to stick to reality. A woman’s beauty can be measured in a multitude of ways. Looks obviously, but lets go deeper, how about personality…I don’t want to date a bitch regardless of how hot she may be. humor…i love me a funny girl, you know the one that laughs at your 2ND grade fart joke. how about the “buddy” girl…she will not only sit through a football game but she actually understands what a point conversion is!!!…wait is she a bull dike…NO!!!!! people regardless of there sexual preference are just that..p-e-o-p-l-e!!
OK that all being said, we know that women almost always have an insecurity about themselves. Again the media and society as a whole should have its head on the chopping block for this. We boost up images of the perfect girl, the type that men want a threesome with. So women, having all this on there plate, now have to compete with what is again the “ultimate male fantasy”. Women tend to try to face this by doing one or more of the following
1) Being the drunk girl at the bar who will kiss her friend to lure men. She may have no intention of actually going through and making a mans dream come true But hey everyone likes attention sometimes.
2) Trying the “whole bi thing” with a close friend who is in the same boat, behind closed doors, no one ever knowing.
3) There are the few that just jump in the deep end and is willing to be openly bi or bi-curious. Somethings you just want to try one time twice if it was good.
4) Some lose their bi-virginity just like they always dreamed…drunk, at a frat party…how romantic!
These are just a few of the scenarios that are out there.
Is everyone ready for a reality check? Here we go…
Ladies listen, everyone gets curious, we are born that way, we are human. If its something you have thought about because YOU want to experience it,,,go for it, as long as its a safe situation with the right women, it could open your eyes to a whole new outlook on life. Also don’t worry, its not just you, the woman down the street has thought about it, the check out girl, the doctor, the teacher all of them, some act on it others don’t. either way it is just a lesson learned. For others its a great experience. Remember when you are in control you don’t need to have any bad experiences, you may have a one time experience but that IS life’s lesson. Its how we learned if we liked tomatoes, we had to try one.
All this being said, alternative lifestyles are not for everyone, this note is not to try to get as many women to kiss as possible, its to try to answer some hard to ask questions. I hope this helped, if not stay tuned there is more to come!!!
